1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional discounts are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these steps:

- Wait for our return authorization email with further instructions.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at rm_glamour_goddess within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
